Early in the 1980s, a trio of friends noticed Dubai's expanding need for engineering and office automation goods.
Out of this need, Graphic International Centre LLC (GIC), a business dedicated to bringing top-tier goods and brands from around the globe to the UAE, was founded.
Initially products offered by GIC included engineering drawing tools and equipment for architectural drawings. Over the years, GIC adapted to the changing market and technological landscape and refocused on technology-driven creative solutions.

1990 - As the world shifted from manual drawings to Computer Aided designing , a new chapter in IT solutions began. we at graphic focused on delivering specialized Printing and plotting equipment.
1994 - Under the banner of Copychase, we launched our reprographic services with a commitment to deliver excellence.
1998 - In response to the Digital Office Automation revolution, We acknowledged the importance of providing clients with advanced technology and inventive solutions. Consequently, we formed a partnership with Ricoh, a leading global provider of office automation products and solutions.
2002 - With a focus on driving digital transformation, we established eDocuMAN as a leading provider of business workflow automation, scanning services, and digital transformation solutions.
2009 - Recognizing the growing demand for high-quality document solutions and large format printing services in Qatar, we launched Graphic in Qatar.
2009 - Acknowledging the increasing demand for managed printing solutions, we initiated the establishment of an MPS division within Graphic International Centre, aimed at addressing the needs of our valued customers.
2014 - Under new leadership, our operations for office equipment in Qatar commenced.
2019 - Our alliance with Ricoh was strengthened, as we entered into a strategic partnership with them for the region, with a shared objective of fulfilling the evolving needs of our customers.
2019 - We relocated to the Control Tower in Motorcity, in order to enhance our productivity and better serve our customers, facilitated by an increase in the number of our team members.
